Wayne has built a successful career while holding multi-industry strategic Senior Management positions in companies such as Guild Mortgage, Pearson Ford, and Monaco Coach Corporation, Coverall Flooring, and Holiday Retirement – where he dedicated himself to finding ways to provide improved operating efficiencies, build high-performance sales and service teams, and increase bottom-line profits. Most recently, Wayne helped to develop a support delivery system for Holiday Retirement’s proprietary CRM that provides a real-time lifeline for over 300 independent- and assisted-living communities throughout the US. He also created a curriculum of custom-tailored webinars that provided an interactive adult learning experience.
During his tenure with Guild Mortgage, Wayne served as Director of Special Projects, where he restructured a $6B loan portfolio, created a successful target-marketing campaign, and developed a low-income housing program. As Operations Manager at Pearson Ford, he reduced inefficiencies and created many improved systems and procedures. Serving as the National Customer Service Manager for Monaco, Wayne reorganized the nationwide customer service warranty authorization and service network, and implemented new customer relations protocols. He restructured a regional presence of Coverall Flooring to be more responsive to the installation and customer service needs of their two biggest national chain clients.
Besides additional experience in the areas of facilities management and real estate, Wayne‘s public interest experience includes; CFO of a small environmental foundation, Chairman of a community planning group, Director of a water utility, and an Arbitrator for the NASD/FINRA. Wayne studied Architecture at Pratt Institute and Business Management at Bryant College, when realizing that his true passion was in business management and helping companies realize their maximum employee efficiency and customer satisfaction, Areas of Specialty: Consulting, Process Improvement, Expert Witness
